PositionBetter is a beta product operated by Ashari Tech. It is free to use right now, it has no paid plan, and it carries no uptime or availability commitment. Do not build a process on it that you cannot afford to have interrupted.

You are responsible for what happens in your workspace and for keeping your password to yourself. One workspace is created per account; anyone logged into it can read every transcript in it.

Beta workspaces are limited to 25 interviews. If you need more than that, ask us rather than opening a second account.

You decide who gets interviewed. By adding someone’s email address you are confirming you have a relationship with that person that makes it reasonable to ask them these questions, and that you are entitled to share their address with us for that purpose.

When you press send, the invitation goes out from our address on your instruction — so the relationship it relies on is yours, and the disclosure to your customer is yours to make: tell them the conversation is with an AI interviewer, that they can answer out loud if they prefer, and that you will read the transcript. You can also skip the email entirely and pass someone their link yourself. Do not use PositionBetter for cold outreach, for surveying people who are not your customers, or for collecting anything sensitive.

Themes and scorecards are produced by a language model reading your interviews. They are a prompt to go and read the transcripts, not a measurement. The score is not a metric to report to anyone, and we make no claim that acting on it will improve any business outcome. Every theme shows the quotes behind it precisely so you can check it.

Do not attempt to break, overload or automate against the service, and do not use it to generate content that is unlawful or abusive. We may suspend a workspace that does, or one that is consuming a disproportionate amount of capacity, without notice.

Because this is a beta, the product and these terms will change. If we introduce paid plans, existing workspaces get notice before anything about their access changes.
